    "I have lived here since 2012. Technically, this is a poor neighborhood, but since it is a small town that just means more apartments, duplexes, and 3 bedroom one story homes - but no crime to speak of. I'm a grandmother in my 50s and I feel perfectly safe walking around after dark."
