Description

Complete interior remodel completed July 1st, 2021. Part of a 4-unit building, this EXTREMELY charming 1925 Tudor has been completely updated to include an open floorplan, high-end appliances, hardwood floors, and a tile bathroom. Tons of natural light highlight the original character of the building. The renovation focused on modernizing each unit while maintaining much of the original craftsmanship. In-unit washer/dryer and smart door locks have been added as well. Wonderful opportunity to have access to Highland Park ISD, walking distance to SMU, as well as numerous shops and restaurants! Unit comes with reserved parking. Unit 3511 A, is a downstairs unit with direct access as well as private/secured access. Washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances included.

Owner pays for landscape maintenance. Tenant pays all utilities directly, but renovations have increased efficiency and lowered utility bills. No smoking.

"People are friendly, schools are great, lots of dog lovers, people take care of their homes and yards - but there’s little ethnic, racial and political diversity so it can be stifling for those who are different "

"I’ve lived here for almost 20 years and particularly like the small town feel - even though we are in the middle of Dallas. Nice people and great city management. Great place to raise families... lots of traditional values. (Some folks seem less dog friendly than it used to be due to new people who aren’t used to dogs I think.) "

"HIghland Park is a great place for kids to grow up because it is very safe, and the schools are very near to the homes. If you live in HP, you know that all the kids are friendly and the schools are great! Schools are withing walking distance, but shopping and restaurants are farther away. Overall, HP is a great little neighborhood and I love it here! Sorry if the review was bad, I'm only 11!"
