6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWell Brandeis High School was not the place for me my siblings went there and they hated it. I went thare for freshman and sophomore year and now I’m at the Anne frank academy. The Spec-Ed program was not great the kids in the ALE program in thare and the IA’s looked like the heated thare job the were so rude at least most of them ware and then my sophomore year in applied geometry class were awful they skipped class, they were loud, rude, annoying and the teacher did nothing about it. He had no rules in that class what so ever. Like if a kid left across the room, he didn’t care like he legit did not care about us. That’s what I think. The spec-Ed program there did not give me chances are academics of anything they didn’t push us there anything into like harder stuff. they were like vaping in the restrooms is what I’ve heard every single day from a person and no stall doors, and it was a mess everywhere, and they were only 4 custodians for the entire school for the 22-23 school year so yeah. I was also in the spirit and fine arts dance program there. I was on pep squad sophomore year. And it was so competitive like Brandeis is the most competitive school to go to the there are no actual pep officers and there are no leadership opportunities for regular pep squaders. And also there’s no JV drill team They’re like there is at most schools i tried out for dance team, ballet company and felid dance co and I did not make any single one of them even dance routines for comp season for pep and spring show season for my Fine Arts dance class I was only an ever one routine for each of those and I was always in the back and I was an alternate for them while all the other alternates gave up or sat out and didn’t dance and I was the one who dance every day, and my coach and teacher did not give me a chance at all so I was like no I am done with a School I’m not coming back probably so yeah that’s my review on Brandeis High SchoolOther Review7mo ago - Carnahan Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience has been the best. My children have attended 3 other elementary schools and based on our experience the teachers here are a lot more involved. That goes to show you how much they truly care for each and every student. Mrs farmer the third grade teacher at carnahan has truly exemplified the true meaning of a TEACHER. thanks to her approach and constant communication my child enjoys her class!Parent Review4y ago - Stinson Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school! I can't say enough great things about this school. We recently moved to Texas and are so happy to have found such a wonderful middle school. My son was really struggling at his old school. Since moving in, he has gotten straight As, is involved in a leadership program and has made some wonderful friends who share the same wholesome values. My son is self motivated to do his homework, he is excited about his class projects and loves going to school everyday. Highly recommend.Parent Review5y ago - Check out schools near 5835 Sherbrooke Oak.

"I love the Roosevelt neighborhood for its vibrant atmosphere and undeniable sense of safety. The tree-lined streets and well-maintained sidewalks create a welcoming environment, making it a favorite spot for residents and visitors alike. One of the charming aspects that draw me to this neighborhood is the sight of numerous people leisurely walking their dogs. The safety of Roosevelt is evident in the close-knit community where neighbors look out for one another. The low crime rates and well-lit streets contribute to an overall feeling of security. Whether it's strolling through the local parks or enjoying a cup of coffee at a nearby café, there's a prevailing sense of ease that permeates the area. The presence of people walking their dogs adds a delightful touch to daily life in Roosevelt. It's a testament to the neighborhood's pet-friendly nature and the shared joy of pet ownership. Dogs of all shapes and sizes can be seen enjoying the green spaces, fostering a sense of camaraderie among dog owners. In conclusion, my love for Roosevelt is deeply rooted in the combination o"

"As San Antonio continues to grow, the Inner Loop 410 area is becoming the diamond of the city. The area has prime museums, parks, farmer markets, shopping, and a small town feel. Admittedly, Ridgeview is a transitioning neighborhood that offers great value, most importantly for families is that it’s a part of the North East School District and a small pocket of homes are located in the highly sought after Alamo Heights School District."
