- The garage will fit 2 medium sized vehicles, otherwise the driveway will accommodate larger vehicles. There is no parking on the main roadway. This is strictly enforced by the HOA and cars parked illegally may be towed at owners' expense.

"have lived here for two years: great people, but not intrusive or noisy. quiet, safe, comfortable and affordable. fantastic location, wouldn't even have to own a car to live here and work or travel. fees are a little high, but coming down and keeping the place on a sound financial footing while keeping it maintained as well."
