An Amazing School with Great potential and Leadership! Go Apaches!!!

The teachers at Columbia Heights are wonderful. My son is in the dual program and everyday that he'd come home he would be excited to show me what he had learned in spanish.Very good program. The staff will go the extra mile for the children.

My son attend Stonewall Flanders and the teachers are great. The biggest issue is the parent pick up.The school does not provide enough staff to direct traffic and help the students cross. Parents park where ever they feel, leave there hazard lights on get off stopping traffic.The staff needs to get better organized.

The students are duly prepared for careers or higher education. We are grateful to the support of the community as we have one of the highest property tax rates in the State, because we believe in our kids and because the State, and some of the right wingers in the Legislature have ignored the growing needs of our public schools.......and in spite, we continue to score higher on achievement exams, higher graudation rates than those, on average, at charters.....not a good thing, becasue we believe all kids should do well in their preparation for college or work.
