    "This is an excellent family oriented area. There are 2 beautifully maintained pools and 2 "baby" pools as well as playgrounds maintained by the HOA. People are friendly, safe and easy walk to both an elementary and middle school, my children have attended both. GISD school district which offers choice of schools, including Magnet schools. My one son attended Watson School for Science and Technology. Schools are at one end of the developement and shopping and resturants are at the other. Everything within walking distance. Sidewalks are well maintained and people are friendly. Properties are well manicured and maintained and Holidays are a treat. Check out the haunted houses during Halloween and Christmas decorations."
