You cannot get the principal or vice principal to answer your phone calls. Had an incident where my child was punched in the face and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I kept getting ignored and the principal never spoke to me. A different incident and I called to speak to the vice principal and same issue, can’t get them on the phone to handle concerns. Another issue where they don’t want you to get out of the cars during pickup or drop off, but the cars are on child lock, the teachers aren’t helping get the students out of the car and they will scold you for opening the door for your child. It’s the tone at the top, and I feel there is a lack of leadership to get this school to a higher standard. Child got lice at the school and we were scolded for missing school, we are really upset how they handle lice, because they just ignore the issue. We are scared to send our daughter to school when she was cleaned because she got lice again since there is no protocol. They simply don’t care! I feel the admin at this school is lacking. The teachers have been amazing! But I hear they leave the profession due to the admin and not really the students. One of the teachers we loved here at the school left. So the Richardson isd standard is not being met at this school. Extremely disappointed. Looking into homeschooling !

This school sucks. There are fights all the time and it isnt very safe.

At RNJH the policies that the administrators set are unfair and unjust, if I had a child I would not send my kid to this school.
