This particular neighborhood is private, with our own clubhouse, 2 pools, great neighbors, great schools, A truly family friendly, safe neighborhood. Most homes in this area are approximately 2500 to 5400 square feet. "

The houses are a bit more expensive than the newly developed areas but they have more character than cookie cutter houses. It’s worth it!"
