Beautiful Home 3/2/2 great location in quiet established neighborhood located between both hospitals. Completely updated throughout new tile flooring, granite counter tops in kitchen, great natural light in kitchen with skylight and atrium, beautiful cherry wood crown molding and baseboards, custom master bath and upstairs shower. Bedrooms are huge, with built-ins in the master, upstairs bedroom and laundry room, great storage space throughout, large fenced backyard, brick patio with hot tub. Great place to call home.
We love the location of this home convenient access to everything in Longview including Long Park Trail a great walking/running biking trail that is just a few blocks away. This was a great home and neighborhood to raise our daughter now it is time for someone else to enjoy. Easy to show call/text David Kaufman at 903-241-1691

What Locals Say about Longview

  • Christina
"You have to drive everywhere, there are no sidewalks and everything is far apart. Kids can’t walk home from school. They are forced to either ride the school buses or have their parents pick them up. The lines are very long for pick up as well. My commute to work is short but the roads are not well maintained in my area. Overall, I wish there were sidewalks so it was safe to walk and move about the community. Also, I wish there was more to do overall and in walking distance. "
