    "At first I really enjoyed living here, but a couple months into it everything just went to crap. A lot of old ladies live here and feed all the stray cats. I've gone to the office about it, but they never do much about it. The management here isn't the best either, at one time they allowed two sex offenders to live here under false names with the maintenance men. This came out when a woman was assaulted, almost raped at about 7pm at the "Clothing Care Center"(That hardly works). I finally had this taken care of when I went to the Police about it. They had the men evicted and I've never seen them again. Thank you Lake Jackson Police! As far as maintenance, they wouldn't fix my dishwasher until it completely fell out of the wall. When my sink kept clogging up, they sent me a bill to fix it! When I moved in there was a hole in a corner near my front door they never fixed! My front door has cracks all the way around it from the door not being installed properly or from someone throwing themselves into it. I loved that the refrigerators had an ice maker in them, but when it came time to replace the filter the office told me that this was my responsibility?!?! (I thought the point of living in an apartment is that they take care of this for you) We also have a lot of power outages here. Now, time for the stray cats. When we moved in there was one stray male. I didn't mind him too much, as long as he stayed away from my apartment. When an older woman downstairs moved in she started feeding him. After she had attracted other cats, she blessed our apartments with 15 stray animals. I've gone to my office about this and they had animal control come out and set traps. When I later asked about how that went they said the traps caught the main stray cat, but someone had released it. I left this alone for a while, but one day I came home to my porch reeking of cat piss. After I looked around I found that my downstairs neighbor was still feeding and watering the animals."
