    "Takes 35 minutes to go 7 miles ... Dangerous area, can see homeless at ever bus stop. Always pan handlers on Antoine and little York. Watch for people running lights and thinking victory drive is practice for Nascar."

    "I live in Hollyview and find it to be one of Houston's good values. The area is close to down down and easy commute without down town crazy prices. close to 290 and 610. In a nice neighborhood (Inwood Forrest) just north of the Heights, but not at Heights prices. Everything is brand new and really pretty. Would recommend Hollyview and the area for anyone looking for quality and value, and good neighbors."

    "Some of the following rating are misleading because they denote a specific area or incident. I've live in the Inwood Forest area for 16 years and I'm very happy here. The old golf course is now owned by the City of Houston. The old club house is now a community center and although it just opened a month ago we've been reaping positive benefits. We just held our first area wide plant sale which was a huge success. The Greater Inwood Partnership (GIP) has been doing an excellent job of cleaning the esplanades on a regular bases as well as planting new trees and other flora. You may have missed the best opportunity to buy in this area because prices are on the rise."
