    "I worked in this area for several years, it is easy to get to from any part of town (or to get somewhere else from), traffic is tollerable nearly any hour of day, and there are usually several optional routes to come and go . 10 Minutes to medical center or greenway plaza, 20 minutes to downtown or galleria.
