Short drives to Post Oak, the Galleria, River Oaks and West U. Immediate access to 59, 610, I-10, 45 and 288. The neighborhood is filled kids, dogs and very friendly people. We have lived here 3 years and would not live anywhere else inside the loop."

    "Really two distinct neighborhoods- River Oaks and Afton Oaks. Overall a great neighborhood but expensive to the most expensive in Houston (River Oaks). River oaks elementary is probably the best public elementary school in town. Safe - you can walk around here at night. "
