"Area west of Houston Ave has few sidewalks and little off-street parking, but the area to the East (downtown side) has lots of sidewalks, plenty of off-street parking, and is great for walking your dog. Plus the bike path on Spring St provides excellent access to White Oak Bayou trail and parks. Very dog friendly."

"This is a great area to live and I wish more people valued our neighborhood: took care if they front yard, invested in their property. I really wish that we moved the electric and cable lines underground and covered the open ditches. Our property values would sky rocket. Our daughter is 7 and we frequently walk to the park, restaurants or ride to the pool. "
