4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible. We had 1 teacher who put any effort with our child. As the year passed even she began to fade with concerns. Staff has a horrible attitude towards parents who work or ask questions. Do not question them or treatment toward your child is horrible. Son came home daily upset or yelled at by office for things completely out of his control. My son has always loved school and excelled, however, his grades were barely passing and his attitude changed. Addressed this issue many times but no one helped and staff snubbed their noses and refused to address issue. Spoke with many parents who also had the similar if not the same issues. The year could not have gone by fast enough. Moved out this school zone and hope to never see any of these people again .Parent Review5y ago - North Belton Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child rarely had homework or any studying that was strongly encouraged. (One math teacher often sent things). Since entering BISD, we’ve noticed there is not a push for students to excel unless it’s test time for Star. There are no parent-teacher conference dates, nor are there report cards sent home. It’s always, “Just check skyward.” But it would be great to get an individual, flagged emailed with an announcement saying, “End of quarter grades have been posted!” It would be good for students, parents, and teachers. As a substitute teacher, i have seen that phones are a problem, as well as iPods. Some teachers let them slide. Without a group consensus and group effort, it’s not seen as a rule by the kids. Hoping I can have more involvement and voice in the year to come.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 2607 Red Fern Dr.
