"I have lived in this area fir most of life. It’s in a great area so friendly and convenient. The parks are close as well as the church and stores. If I could find something else in the same area I would never leave the north east area. There’s no traffic and you can travel to either side of the city with no problem. Your literally 20 minutes away from anything in the city limits. There’s never any traffic and there’s always someone around to help out with whatever you may need. The housing pricing are very reasonable marked and taxes are low. Most of the time the has in our area is some of the lowest in the city. The kids love living in the north east and are very involved in all the sports events that are available. "
