"It’s an easy commute from anywhere in East Dallas as it is centrally located and there are three major freeways accessible from this part of town. Traffic in Dallas is never easy but Public transportation is also accessible if you’re willing to drive 5 to 10 minutes to the train station. There are a lot of job opportunities in this area so commuting is typically not very far like it is in the suburbs. "

"lived in it for a year and its ok so far. people stay to themselves and rarely see any problems. They have block parties but we dont attend. people usually walk their dogs and take babies for walkes. looks very friendly. Yards are kept nice and clean. neigborhood watch in area. Houses are decent size. schools are great. specially the elementary schools. also seeing people outside sunbathing with their kids makes it seem welcoming. people drive friendly around the neighborhood."

"I've lived here for 10 yrs and always felt safe. Minor things happen like every where else. However, where I live they are raising the rent by over $400 so now I have to move. This area is getting to expensive for what they offer and not worth it."

"The commute is difficult because of how east we are positioned. It takes a long time to get to the highway. It doubles my commute to Addison."

"I come to this area every other weekend and noticed some things here that I don't get on Tarrant County. More diverse markets like Little Mexico or Little Korea. Wish we had more in Tarrant County like what Dallas County has in shopping and food."

"It’s a safe place for kids to be playing. Many neighbors are out in yards gardening or walking. People are well educated or self directed in this part town. There are activities available for kids through neighborhood associations and recreation centers. In my neighborhood there’s a school where many residents volunteer but there’s a nice homeschool community and they take breaks and schedule play times with other families. I don’t have kids but I hear the schools in the area could be better. "

"People park on both sides of the street and have daily power struggles based on right of way. There are dogs that just roam around off leash. And their owners don’t see why this might be a problem."

"Dog owners would not like the fact that our sidewalks drastically need repairs And there is really no place for the dogs to take dumps except in peoples yards....Which is probably OK as long as they clean it up but you know how that goes"
