2 FREE months (Details provided in "Background")

About the old broad. She's a little older, and yeah, has some spots showing, but her AC is the bomb. And that matters here in Texas. It's why I tell everyone her nickname is "stiff nipples" cause she'll get colder than your stepdad's heart. You know what else? She's cheap to run. She ain't gonna be makin' it rain when it comes to expenses. Only bills you'll have are electric, cable, and internet. Electric used to average about $90 a month for me. And I keep that AC working harder than an ugly stripper.

But what does she really offer? Flexibility. 3 months minimum. Then month to month. Just moving here and want to get to know the area. This is your place. Want to have a place to hook up with your side piece. This is your place. Home damaged and you need a short-term rental - this is your place.

The living, dining, kitchen, and half bath down with travertine floors. Walking distance to restaurants & Shops of McKinney Ave & West Village, Katy Ice House, McKinney Trolley - BACKS TO KATY TRAIL with gated entry from the parking lot. GATED PROPERTY....

Background
The complex is getting torn down. We just don't know when. Permits have to be garnered, etc. What is known: Whenever the place is sold - the renter will be given 2 free months of rent from the date of sale. Yeah, you read that right. 2 free months. Given the contract structure, it basically has to be completed by April 2022 otherwise the buying company loses about 1m invested so far. Your gain. To be clear, you will be provided at least 1 month's notice before the closing sale of the property, then 2 free months will be provided free to the renter. There has been no indication when the closing will be and the best guess would be the January timeframe (With the latest being April). Thus the timeline of events would look like this... December notified of closing in January. Closing in January. Feb + March rent-free, then move out. Of course, it could always take up until April, anyone's guess at this time. The point is you'll receive a month's notice followed by 2 free months of rent.

3 month minimum - then month to month

Owner pays trash, water, and sewage. Tenant responsible for TV/Internet, Power.
