"I don’t know, as our neighborhood never has any events. That’s okay though, because I appreciate the peace and quiet. "

"Neighbors are friendly and look out for the neighborhood. We have a diverse population. The kids in the neighborhood are well parented, are getting a good education and enjoy being outdoors riding bikes, walking around or playing basketball."

"Easy commute since I have access to 183, 45, and 1431. Usually only takes me 15 mins to get to work each day. I don’t live far from my office. Although right now, I’m working from home. I don’t have anymore words to add to this...but the tool is forcing me to enter 100 characters. "

"I am in the carriage hills area and have been for 4 years and people are very private here. We have tried to get to know our neighbors and people really don’t talk however i have noticed each neighborhood is different in cedar park . It is also becoming very busy and if you don’t like city areas this isn’t for you. "

"Good people, you can feel safe. I like the fact that you don't see a lot of people moving here from California, since they are all moving to Austin. so Cedar Park actually feels like the original Texans that work hard for their money and don't have a sense of entitlement. "

"I don’t work, but when I take ppl to work it’s best to go early. My husband works downtown and he has an easy drive into the city because he leaves home between 5 and 5:30 am, no traffic. My daughter leaves at 7:15 to go work approx 10 miles away and she catches heavy traffic, but she still gets to work by 7:45. The commute would depend on which direction you work. ,"
