Provenance
• This was custom built by the Nelson family of Nelson City in 1945. The cattle ranch of around 1100 acres. Jennifer Dr was named after the Nelson’s daughter. We purchased this house in Dec 2010 and began the process of saving the old homestead. Everything in this house has been replaced with the exception of some studs inside the walls and one interior door going into the daughter’s bedroom. The copper plumbing was replaced by PEX, all electrical, all insulation and sheetrock were replaced. Everything is new post-2011. It was my desire to save the home rather than tear it down and you are seeing the result.

    "I've lived in this neighborhood for ten years. It's very friendly with a few annual events, including a Halloween potluck + a trick-or-treating hayride for the kids, and a big Christmas party/potluck for the adults. The 1.5 mile cul-de-sac is hilly and curvy and quite scenic. You can hand-feed the deer from your car in some areas. You can do a safe but challenging 5-mile run by doing the entire road plus all the side streets."
