7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagevery poor education, not much useful is learned and the dress code is not equaliy enforced un boys and girls. girls can wear hats in side and boys cant. boys cannont wear trench coats but girls can for some reason. also, it still requires masks and there are only 5 covid cases in the entire town. blanket punishments on problems hurt everyone and the rules have still not done anything to make the school a better place. all wireless headphones/earbudss are banned even for those of us who only use them for acedimic purposes like the numerous videos we have to watch by ur selves in class all because 2 kids were useing them to talk during class 0 out of 10 is what id rate this school.Parent Review2y ago - Kendall Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth my kids went through the Boerne ISD school system. Cibilo Creek elementary was the only school we all liked. Many of the teachers and staff have left because they could not stand it anymore from middle schools to Champion. We have watched over the years as populations increase, quality decrease. They cannot handle nor were ready for the rapid changes and growth. They put up a good front but behind the scenes its a failing system. Now that my kids are in college, we lookback and are so grateful we were there somwhat early before the rapid decline. I dont know how anyone gets to school/work on timewhile kids suffer for it. I feel for all whom go attend now. Good luck!!Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 229 Bluebonnet Dr.

"Safe. Family friendly. Great schools. Scenic. Quiet. Peaceful. Friendly. Does lack diversity of cultures though but I hope that changes now that more people are moving to Boerne. Traffic on I-10 is difficult most days but the frontage and back roads are always good alternatives. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for ten years. It's very friendly with a few annual events, including a Halloween potluck + a trick-or-treating hayride for the kids, and a big Christmas party/potluck for the adults. The 1.5 mile cul-de-sac is hilly and curvy and quite scenic. You can hand-feed the deer from your car in some areas. You can do a safe but challenging 5-mile run by doing the entire road plus all the side streets."

We have a nice pool and basketball court. We have activities throughout the year. And our support town of Boerne is beautiful. We also feel safe here. "
