6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCalled the school to speak to the principal about my grandson, having three pairs of glasses, broken in two weeks. All broken by other students! The principal spoke at me not to me, and refused to listen to anything I might’ve had to say because she was too busy, interrupting me the entire time. When I hung up on her because I realize she wasn’t going to listen to a thing anyone has to say, she had the audacity to call me back just to insult me further. I’m not a custom as a 60 year old woman being spoken at like I’m a two year old. I’m also not a custom to being told that my grandchild is at fault and that she is not responsible for the teacher’s actions, she’s not responsible for anyone else’s actions in that school, except to be there for support; her own words. I guess if your child is a straight a student at daily you’ll be treated with privilege but if you have a child that has any special needs, you will be treated as if you yourself have a problem. This school is absolutely not interested in educating students there, forcing my grandchild who cannot see to take the tests this week. BLIND!! And I wonder why he gets so upset.
