10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son went here for 7th and 8th grade. He was involved with Orchestra and really enjoyed it. I don’t know about the “bullies” as some of the other comments say, my son never had a problem. He was one of the shortest Hispanic kids in class and played Dungeons and Dragons after school at the school and some would say kind of nerdy, but he never got picked on. The school has predominantly Caucasian students but that’s to be expected given the demographic of the area. My son never felt out of place and the school was very inclusive. I think people just like to complain just to complain. Overall, HCMS is a great school.Parent Review6mo ago - Westlake High School
