    "The elementary school is like a movie set. Kids art everywhere. Animals. Everyone uses the playground and people fly kites in the sports field. There’s the most magical 4th of July parade with bagpipes and floats that ends at the elementary school - free ice cream and pledge of allegiance. Halloween is just as cute. Christmas is a lights wonderland. "

For Austin traffic, this is about as good as it gets without moving into downtown with its sky-high rental prices. From here, it's easy to get on MoPac and drive downtown. And if you work north of Allandale, there's virtually no traffic."
