Super cute with lots of updates! Your buyers will appreciate the beautifully textured walls and ceilings (no popcorn) and how this charming home has been decorated with neutral color palates and white crown molding. The owners spared no expense while updating this home. Stucco on the outside was recently added and the roof was replaced in 2020. Your buyers will love the metal privacy fence that encloses the huge backyard. There is additional parking inside the fence for a boat or rv and concrete has been poured for an extended patio and garage should you wish to add one. Storage building conveys with the property as well. Per seller, plumbing under the house has been replaced as well as the sewer line from house to alley.

"In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

"Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
