The approximately 2500 sq. ft. main house is set up as a split level upper master suite designed with a log cabin feel that has a large private porch. It consists of a bedroom, large walk-in closet. Sitting area, office and large tiled bathroom. It has all hand crafted cabinets, doors and double/triple pane windows. All utilities are controlled from the master suite. The sunken lower level of the house has a large central kitchen with a breakfast bar, center island with propane stove that is tiled and cedar. There is a walk in cedar pantry and wine closet. A mud room with a chest freezer. A great room with a fireplace, wood floors, stucco walls and dining area. Lower large bathroom is Saltillo and Talavera tiled with a claw foot tub/shower. Second bedroom suite is set up as guest room/bunk room, fitness area and crafting/sewing area. It has a walk in closet. Front porch has a full outdoor kitchen, sitting area and overlooks an enclosed courtyard with plenty of storage and a pond with water feature. The custom design was to give the feel of an old mission complete with a chapel. The first guest house is a covered and solar powered RV that is permanent. The second guest quarters have bunks and tack room. There are small ponds with the springs and wildlife abounds. End of the road privacy with all access points gated. Makes for a great preppers paradise, family retreat or hunting lodge. Mule deer, Sierra del Carmen whitetail, elk, Aoudad and mountain lions as well as birds of all kinds that make their homes here.
