  • Trulia User
"To and from work or school is my normal commute. I walk to the gym, grocery store, and community activities that the park ( Vitruvian park) host. I drive to get gas as well which is just about a half a mile away. There is normally something to do every 2 weeks if not sooner for people of all ages. Most events are family friendly. So overall I would say my commutes are short and sweet when traffic isn’t so bad on I35 or I635 North and east."

"I have lived in Addison Circle for nearly a decade. The neighborhood is a wonderful, hidden gem. Parks and restaurants without the busy streets. Annual events practically at your door step. Only complaint is that the town has not been up-keeping the main park very well since 2015 and it's starting to show -broken fountains, cracked sidewalks, weeds, etc. Home prices are also fairly high compared to other North Dallas areas. Still worth it!"
