7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageChapman's Retreat is an excellent school with a great staff. My daughter currently attends the school and I can tell you first hand that it is an ideal place to have your child educated. The campus is uniquely nestled off the beaten path which makes it particularly safe and out of the regular hustle and bustle of Spring Hill. There are several notable annual traditions that are fun for the whole family including the Cheetah Social to kick off the year and Cheetahfest toward the end of the school year. Chapman's retreat has won the Grey Ghost Run event for over a decade and remains undefeated in attendance. The facility is modern with multiple playgrounds and adequate space. The proximity to nature and sidewalk path to the nearby neighborhood make it almost Mayberry in nature. Economically, its's mostly upper middle class families which describes Spring Hill in general. Academically, students excel at Chapman's. Students routinely score above the state minimum and there are several great extracurriculars your child can participate in including a wonderful STEM club! A strong PTO also exists at Chapman's raising thousands of dollars which is put right back into the classroom. In conclusion, I highly recommend Chapman's Retreat Elementary. It is a hidden gem in Williamson County!Parent Review10mo ago - Spring Station Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school was horrible for my daughter. The bullying was so bad and people were threatening her and telling her to commit suicide and following her home. The principal did nothing about it.Parent Review11mo ago - Summit High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son loves going to school here. He mostly went to private schools before and he has felt welcomed by the student population. Even Freshman can help create new programs here. My son feels like Summit is home and we are so blessed that he can have a fantastic high school experience.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 2023 Fiona Way.

"They would love it . Everyone walks their dogs on a leash and picks up their poop. I love seeing owners walk their dogs. "

"Spring Hill is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. It’s about 30 minutes south of Nashville. The people are down to earth and overall friendly. The seasons are neat: wildflowers cover the hills in the Spring, fireflies look like magic dancing in the grass in the Summer, the fall leaves and country pumpkin patches nearby make Fall wonderful, and Winter is, well, grey and wet. They completely shut everything down if it snows a couple inches. Winter isn’t my favorite, but it makes you really appreciate the Spring. There are also rivers and waterfalls that you can get to relatively easily, as well as some great shopping in nearby Franklin. There’s live music with really good musicians in so many restaurants. "

"Abysmal! Getting out of town is like playing escape from Alcatraz some days. I have to leave by 6:15 am in order to miss traffic. Driving home is sometimes 2 hours."

"Great place to raise kids especially in neighborhoods and subdivisions that are already well established with children. HOA in this area sucks pretty badly with what they actually do which isn’t much at all. Lots of places to shop and have a nice dinner though. "

"There are a lot of rentals in my neighborhood and none of the houses have fenced in back yards. In order for your dog to get exercise (off a leash) you have to go to the dog park. "

"There is a big field with a kids playground. It appears that there are a lot of dogs around. A lot of kids too. I love living here!"

"Great area for families with kids. Friendly people and safer than most areas. The area is growing very quickly and houses are going up left and right. New schools have been built to accommodate the growth and the streets are being widened to help with traffic. The area is also very clean. We are starting to get sidewalks in most areas along the main road, hopefully this trend continues! We have loved Spring Hill and have live here for over 8 years."

"It’s one of the few neighborhoods in Spring Hill that doesn’t have cut-through or heavy traffic because it’s on a “dead end” where the field still separates the neighborhood from the main roads. So it’s quiet although many people live here. It feels very safe. "
