"Abysmal! Getting out of town is like playing escape from Alcatraz some days. I have to leave by 6:15 am in order to miss traffic. Driving home is sometimes 2 hours."

"Great place to raise kids especially in neighborhoods and subdivisions that are already well established with children. HOA in this area sucks pretty badly with what they actually do which isn’t much at all. Lots of places to shop and have a nice dinner though. "

"There are a lot of rentals in my neighborhood and none of the houses have fenced in back yards. In order for your dog to get exercise (off a leash) you have to go to the dog park. "

"Traffic is ridiculous in Spring Hill. Nobody thought of a decent infrastructure before they started building too many houses to handle the roads and the schools."

"nice area for a family. not a great community for singles. Don't travel around 5pm. as the infrastructure doesn't support the population. "

"One of the first cul de sacs when Spring Hill first began to build up. Right off Duplex Road, close in proximity to all the new shopping centers and restaurants. "

"This is a very quiet neighborhood. We are right next to the walking track just off Kedron and have access via the neighborhood. We are 1 mile from Saturn Parkway and two miles from I-65 North and a 35 minute drive into Nashville. "

"Spring Hill is one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee. We have been here for 16 years and have watched it grow from a 2 stop light town to a bustling city with restaurants, cinemas (coming this year) and great people. The only problem is traffic that every area in Tennessee is experiencing and being a unfriendly state for unions. The state government uses its pressure to defame unions in the auto industry and that's something the government needs to keep its nose out of. Wages are low for families and average about $11 an hour for entry level work. So two incomes are required to live. Other than that Tennessee and especially Spring Hill is an attractive place to live."

"I used to live in this area. We chose it because it was new, nearby a 24/7 brand new Kroger, brand new Walgreens, freeway access, excellent elementary school, a giant Target, and plenty of shopping & restaurant options...and it's still growing! Plus the nearby GM plant is re-opening soon. We moved because I got a job out of state, but we really miss it there!"
