6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis "school" is a joke. I graduated in 2008 with a guy that could only read on a 4th grade level - I'm not kidding. I remember being partnered up with him in English Honors (he had NO business being in this class) and he didn't know how to spell words like "resolute" or "accomplished". I was stunned at the fact that I had to work so hard at keeping up my grades, when he was just carried along. He was a "star" at our school for his abilities for playing football. That is just a small example of how the staff and administrators do not care about the education system. I'm not being bitter, I'm just telling you how it really is. If you value the education of your child, do not make them go to this school. Oh, and that guy went on to get a full ride to the school of his choice. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averageworst school ever if you have a child that has adhd dont send them to hcms they will not get the help they need.Yes kids with adhd is very active and do things without thinking first that is a disability and because they have this they will turn their backs on them my child is in 8th grade he has adhd and hearing loss he has been getting bullied for a month now its been reported several times he is getting bullied by a high school student they will not help him because they keep bringing up the times he got into trouble that is no excuse for them not to do their job they are supposed to help the kids and protect them not judge them because of their disabilityParent Review8y ago - West Hardin Elementary School
