Every single time that I have reached out for any advice, I am instead left with more discouragement then when I called. They are ALWAYS so rude and never take the time to give the customer service that should be given to parents. "The infratstructjre of Powell is drastically behind the population surge/influx. It has taken me over 20 minutes to go a little over 1/2 mile to merge on the freeway due to traffic and traffic light signals that have not adjusted to the ooojlation boom. "
