The home is a two story log cabin recently stained, so in beautiful condition. The cabin has two decks, upper and lower that spans the entire length of the home. The upper deck, right off the master bed room has a hot tub. Second floor consists entirely of the master bedroom, which has a jacuzzi tub inside as well as a stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The bedroom also has a small area which can be used for a desk or very small home office. The full bath is just off the master bedroom. The first floor consists of a living, dining room combination area and the kitchen. There is also a half bath on first floor. The living room also has a stacked stone wood burning fireplace and double glass doors leading out to a deck. The cabin does have washer and drier hookups but tenant has to bring their own washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking and area for an outdoor firepit and chairs. The cabin is located in Sky Harbor, a very nice area just between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park. Three miles from the home and you're in town. Sky Harbor has an association which maintains common areas, roads, etc. Landlord pays the association fees.

No smoking inside the home. No pets allowed. Security deposit and last month required. Tenant pays all utilities. No water bill, since the home is on well water. High speed internet is available in the area via Spectrum. The outdoor hot tub must be maintained by the tenant. This property will be rented to someone that will occupy the home. We are NOT INTERESTED in subletting or renting to individuals that will Airbnb or VRBO the property.

Not only was my child the only kid in the entire neighborhood, the HOA is often making new rules to discourage younger families, like banning basketball goals in driveways simply for appearances. They also DO NOT allow anyone to display decorations or even a flag- they made a war veteran take down his American flag on the Fourth of July!!!"
