    "there is a nice area and sidewalk to walk your dogs in. you are not far from the park where you can walk your dog play fetch with. the only thing is people tend to speed on the roads but for the most part I love this neighborhood. I believe anyone would enjoy to live in this neighborhood"

    "There’s a very nice dog park near a walking path by the river. The river is really shallow there, so you can walk in it with your dog."

    "My neighbors are a little loud and let their company honk horns outside at 2 am... My neighbors with dogs are usually very nice though. I see a lot of students walking to campus throughout the day, so I feel comfortable walking around in my neighborhood then. At night, I wouldn’t. "

    "Dog park nearby plus park walking trail/Greenway. Near the interstate and good restaurants. Sadly the social security office is immediately by my door There are some shady characters hanging out sometimes at the social security office which is immediately outside my door. "
