"My neighbors are a little loud and let their company honk horns outside at 2 am... My neighbors with dogs are usually very nice though. I see a lot of students walking to campus throughout the day, so I feel comfortable walking around in my neighborhood then. At night, I wouldn’t. "

"Dog park nearby plus park walking trail/Greenway. Near the interstate and good restaurants. Sadly the social security office is immediately by my door There are some shady characters hanging out sometimes at the social security office which is immediately outside my door. "

"Generally it is a pretty smooth commute for most of the day except in the mornings around 8am and afternoons starting around 4pm. During those times you can guarantee being bumper to bumper and slow moving."

"This stable neighborhood sales and rents quickly. Schools, churches, shopping and restaurants abound. Walking or biking in the neighborhood is always a pleasure. Homes are predominantly brick, well kept, and most being built in the 60' and 70's. "
