4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAverage school with average falcuty and administration. No desire to encourage students to move up or do well. This school has a sort of "survival mode" vibe. The sanitary conditions are also lacking. It is my opinion that the cleaning staff just needs to be replaced with people who want to do their jobs.Other Review7y ago - Mountain City Elementary School

"The place is amazing for family living . I could t ask for a nicer friendlier place to live and raise my kids and the schools are really good too "

"No public transportation even close to where I live, we actually commute to a different town for work and shopping because mountain city is so small and doesn’t have very many options. "

"There is a decent community, however not somewhere I want to live long term. Lots of people on drugs and very very poor area. Not to mention that the schools are not great either. "
- Andrea M.

"It is quiet and charming. Most of the residents take care of their yard well and have nice houses. It is set apart from Mountain City and has a beautiful nature view of the mountains. "
