8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children have attended a few Memphis schools (also Catholic/Private) Richland by far has the best anti bullying environment we’ve ever seen. When we had to change schools to Catholic, my kids were shocked how much meaner kids were and the amount of swearing (they never heard at Richland). It’s an amazing school!Parent Review1y ago - Ridgeway High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience with White Station Middle School for my child's education has been rather disappointing. While there were some aspects that showed promise, overall, the learning environment did not meet my expectations. The learning experience at White Station Middle School fell short of being satisfactory. The curriculum seemed outdated, lacking in innovation and engagement. My child often came home disinterested and unmotivated, which hindered their overall academic progress I believe. The teaching quality at White Station Middle School was, at best, decent. While some teachers demonstrated dedication and competence in their subject areas, others seemed less enthusiastic and struggled to effectively communicate complex concepts. One of the most disappointing aspects of White Station Middle School was its poor mental support. It was disheartening to see that the school did not prioritize the emotional well-being of its students adequately, and the safety measures at White Station Middle School, as they were very low. Instances of bullying and disciplinary issues seemed to be handled inadequately, leaving students vulnerable to potentially harmful situations. I would come to the office at least monthly to pick up my child due to a fight or a argument.I do not recommend this school for any parents looking for a great experience for their child. The staff are quite friendly, but the actual experience for the child is unbelievable. There are so many better places to go.Parent Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 176 Ascot Park Common Dr.

"It’s a neighborhood of hard workers who work a normal 9-5 and come home and relax. That’s about it, nothing too crazy or loud about it. The age range is quite diverse however everyone still seems to work normal hours and come home and respect others around them. "

"My family has lived in this area for about 5 years now. I have never felt unsafe, whether it is at night, during the day, weekends, or week days. The neighborhood holds a 4th of July parade that most of the kids participate in. There are lots of yard sales here when the weather is nice. Most people seem to own dogs, and after work there are lots of dog owners walking the blocks. This is a diverse neighborhood, with black and white, old and young, rich and middle class people in it. We have never had a problem with the area, nor do we know of anyone who has. The elementary school in the neighborhood has some fields behind it, but the closest park is about 2 miles or so away. It would be a nice bike ride. If I live in Memphis when I have a family, this wouldn't be the first place I would look, but I would definitely be happy if we bought a house in this neighborhood. "

"Lived in area- little known gem. Great neighbors, very quiet. Very close to Germantown shopping- more of a Germantown area where its located. Saddle Creek is 3 minutes, 385 also very close. My kids went to Germantown schools as transfers, all very close to house. Deer and wild turkey will come up to fences in neighborhood from greenbelt."
