"One positive is the city provided garbage cans on a few corners throughout neighborhood. It makes it easy to dispose of dog waste on walks. One negative is that some stretches of road in the neighborhood lack sidewalks."

"The neighborhood has nice tree lined streets with good sidewalks which are pleasant to walk on. The traffic is pretty light and the area mostly is quiet. I feel safe walking here with it without a dog "

"The sidewalks and streets are always full of people, families, and dogs walking around, playing, and saying hi to each other. You never know who you might run into or meet. It’s all the more wonderful because grocery stores, restaurants, and the city are all so close!"

"There aren’t any public dog parks, unless you live in a private apartment that has one. Shelby Farms is the most popular dog park in Cordova, or you can go downtown by the river. "

"Great food and night life. Artistic, mostly safe area. So close to the zoo and museums. Historic neighborhoods, BBQ Shop (best in Memphis, In my opinion). The whole area is about to blow up with the ballet and new condos. "

"Commute isn’t optimal. But that’s just Memphis and Shelby County as a whole. The public transit throughout the city is unreliable and make it difficult to be punctual anywhere without being, two hours at a minimum, early. Makes it difficult to schedule around. "

"Trash just being thrown on the side of street must be in trash cans with lids or no unkept yards. Dogs are always on leashes walking with owners you don’t really see any dogs without collars just randomly walking neighbor hood "

"Commute is a chore. Much easier commuting from downtown there are more surface streets in midtown that you need to take prior to getting on the freeway whether I live. Need to take so many surface streets is a downside. "
