Maryville has a small town feeling and friendliness plus easy access to the Smoky Mountain National Park and area lakes and greenways for plenty of outdoor activities. Maryville and Blount County offer excellent primary schools in additional to Maryville College and Pellissippi State Community College for continuing educational opportunities. Maryville/Alcoa offers many amenities including dining, shopping, and the arts. The Knoxville McGee Tyson airport is located in Blount County and serviced by numerous major and regional airlines and rental car companies. The city of Knoxville is less than 15 miles away offering just about any amenity you can imagine plus the University of Tennessee and many UT sports. Blount County experiences four different seasons of the year with easy winters. Family friendly and great for business, come experience it all!"
