Items replaced/renovated include flooring throughout except kitchen (which has hardwood), new water heater, new counter tops, new electrical outlets and switches, new paint throughout, all new lighting including ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new vanities and hardware, new mirrors, 3 new windows, new front and side porch railings, and much more. UPDATE: 8/21/14: The house is almost complete and is ready to be occupied. We are laying nice oak laminate flooring throughout the house. We will also be painting the porch and closing in the fence for the back yard! Call soon....This is the nicest house in the neighborhood.
Update: 3/16/2017
Attic has been floored adding a lot more space for storage. Double gates and single occupant gate have been added to privacy fence. Double gate is wide enough to drive a vehicle through. Foundation has been releveled to be more sturdy. Vent has been added to the roof to improve airflow. I was renting the house and am in process of repainting and fixing a few other things. I have added a stove and refrigerator that will come with the home. I am also looking into installing a over the range microwave. Once I am done I will be uploading a video walk-through along with more recent photos.

My boy who is in 5th grade, has told me the worst things any parents could hear from their child. I have heard that the bullying there is absolutely atrocious. The cleaning that they do.... I was recently attending NPS and they just now decided to remove the poisonous chemicals from the school such as Asbestos. This school put me in a lot of danger over the years and I would not recommend this to anyone. "My family lives in this area! This is one of the best neighborhoods in Lawrenceburg, TN. The neighbors look out for one another, not in a noisy way but a helpful way. Everyone around this home takes great pride in their home and area around them. This is an excellant place to raise children, it is close to schools, churches and shopping. I would not want to live anywhere else in Lawrenceburg. "

"I live directly on the Hwy. Have found people to be uncaring about stray animals. Everything is very accessible- you can walk all over the area. We LOVE the square-especially when Green streets starts! People are so nice everywhere you go. We now have a nice Movie Theater right in front of Walmart and they are doing things to attract lots of people. Did I mention the people??? The people here are great!"
