Large family home with room to grow! See attachments for complete list. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths (two with Italian inspired tile and sinks), living room, dining room, large family room with fireplace that opens onto the architecturally designed, composite 2 tier deck. The kitchen has recent cabinets, appliances, flooring and granite. The laundry room (also redone) comes with washer & dryer. The basement is finished and includes another room for study or bedroom, large rec room with fireplace, workout room, wet bar, full bath, two offices, storage and workshop. This home is situated in park like setting, at the end of a cul-de-sac. This is a great family home.

Moved across state line to VA, and made a huge difference in the community, people, and neighborhoods. Much nicer just across the state line"

"I work downtown. The commute to downtown is only 15 minutes and traffic is light. People typically drive in this area and there is very little public transportation. There are bike lanes downtown and the Greenbelt links up so if you live near the Greenbelt you could ride a bike to work if you work downtown."
