Great Investment Opportunity! This charming home sits less than 6 miles to either TTU or CRMC, making it the perfect location for students or hospital employees. The large lot goes into the trees where with additional clearing you could have even more outdoor space. The open concept layout allows you to still be part of the conversation with the family or guests when you are preparing meals in the galley-style kitchen. With not only 3 bedrooms on the main level, there is yet another closeted room with full bath in the walk out basement that could be the perfect apartment space. Don't miss this one!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended ATMS 2010-2013, and I would have to say this is a great school! Besides a select few teachers it's a great school. The band was amazing when i was there (I was in 7th grade), specifically the 8th graders at the time (class of 2017, if you're wondering who they are.) Overall, good school I would recommend it.Other Review8y ago - Jere Whitson Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCookeville is a fantastic school. They offer so many options that my child would not have access to at another school. As a freshman taking Honors courses, as well as an AP course, and receiving afterschool assistance to get caught up in the math - I could not be more proud to have a Cavalier student!! My only negative (4.9 STAR) review is due to the fact that there isn't a safe place for the teens to go to after school. There seems to be no rules/regulation/supervision in the LEAPS program which is very disheartning to the point that I would not allow my teen to be there, and I have chosen to giveup my lunch break for an early pickup once school is out. This is unacceptable that my child does not feel safe in that environment.Parent Review1y ago - Vital: Upper Cumberland E-Learning Center
