"I live on Knollwood Circle. It is a terrible area. We have had two bicycles stolen from our apartment. There is constant noise from cars with bass rolling through and people yelling all the time when it's warm out. There's trash all over the street. There's literally abandoned apartment buildings. It's a terrible place to live and I would never buy anything down here."
