Welcome home to this move-in ready home, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with no HOA and in DD#2 schools! A beautiful 300 year old Grand Oak greets you as you pull up to the front of the home. As you enter from the front porch, a powder room is to the left of the stairs and the spacious, open Great Room with wood burning fireplace, is to the right. Being open to the dining area and kitchen makes this main floor great for holiday entertaining! The large eat-in kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, granite counters and a pantry. A sliding door off of the Dining Area leads out to a huge fenced in yard, with plenty of space to throw a ball around, or have backyard BBQ's. Originally the builder's model home, there is a converted garage with its own entrance, off of the kitchen, that is idealfor a 4th bedroom, media room, game room, guest room, office, or whatever you need. A Laundry/Utility Room completes the main level. Upstairs you will find the large Owners Suite to the left which includes a jetted tub. A Guest Bath and two additional, nicely sized bedrooms round off the second floor living. ROOF AND HVAC ARE BRAND NEW!! There is plenty of space to the side of the home for boat or camper storage. Close to downtown, historic Summerville, area parks, restaurants and shopping, your new home is an easy ride to everything, including downtown Charleston!

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool spirit is wonderful among students & staff! My child wishes there were lockers so badly due to amount of things for each class & never wants to be absent for fear of falling behind. One teacher sends weekly updates on agenda. PTA is awesome & volunteers go the extra mile to make events memorable for everyone. My child says it would be nice if more teachers cared but still has most favorites & those teachers help make school & learning fun. Every school will have its pros and cons. There are areas for improvement but overall it’s a nice environment.Parent Review6mo ago - Alston Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst school ever. They dont return calls. There idea of teaching is having your child walk into the class and then the teacher tells them to open laptop and follow along with a pre determined course. This is not teaching its proctoring. They have lockdowns every other week because of violence or threats of violence. Poor communication unless your child is on a sports team.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 202 Bayberry Run.
