    "This is a wonderfully walkable neighborhood with plenty to do and see. Our house is in an old established neighborhood just two blocks from restaurants, yoga studios, shops, wine bars and craft breweries, fitness clubs, parks, farmers Market, Riverfront park - the list goes on. The City sponsors frequent events, and the area is one of the most desirable in the area. No need to go to downtown Charleston - although it is a short commute to go downtown or to any of the beaches or plantations."

We feel safe inside our home. My children play outside with little problems. The plant life is unique here too. Neighbors have pets that aren’t a nuisance "
