If you wish to view this property, please come by on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 10:00am - 2:00pm, Unit 50. No appointments are necessary as I will be showing it in an open house style to any interested parties. Applications will be available for those interested in applying. The application process will require a $30 application fee for all adults listed on the application/lease. Please bring a check or money order in case you are interested. A credit check and employment and rental references will be screened during the application process.

The rent is $1600 per month with a minimum of a 1 year lease. A security deposit of $1600 is also required. This property has not been approved for any government assistance programs or rent vouchers.

Owner pays for trash pick up. Tenant pays water and electricity.
