De-stress your life! Save travel time and gas by living in this centrally located home just blocks away from grocery stores, gas stations, banks, restaurants, and pharmacies. Located three blocks away from 385, this home is also minutes away from both Haywood Mall and Downtown Greenville. As you enter into this lovely home off the covered front porch, you are immediately greeted by beautiful wood floors and a cozy formal living room with gas fireplace. The living room opens nicely into the formal dining area perfect for entertaining guests. All three bedrooms and two full baths are down the hall off the living room. Just to the left of the dining room is the large walk-in laundry with plenty of cabinet and counter space. The laundry room was the original kitchen, but in 2001 the owner added an addition that was designed for large gatherings increasing the total square footage to almost 1,700 sq. ft. The addition includes a spacious family room and a kitchen large enough to enjoy cooking. The new kitchen boasts an abundant amount of cabinets, counterspace, double convection ovens, smooth cooktop, and built-in microwave. Additional dining space for those every day meals is located in front of a double window. Off the back of the kitchen is the large family room with multiple windows providing a lovely natural light. A glass french door separates the addition from the main home to give the owner the choice of two quiet living spaces. The renovations done to this property have truly expanded and enhanced the original floor plan. To have a home in this area with two living spaces on one floor is quite a find! So come on by and imagine sitting on the rocking chair front porch while the sun comes up to start a beautiful day. Or envision overlooking friends & family enjoying the large - almost fully fenced - back yard! The mature trees and this established neighborhood make this property a welcomed respite from the hustle and bustle of life. Schedule your showing today before it's gone!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHaving watched my brother attend their 11 years prior to my son, I have seen a vast improvement in the leadership style of Mr. Mayfield. It has been a good experience overall despite COVID. There is definitely and sense of family but also an environment where teachers will challenge students to be better not just in grades but as citizens who will be agents of change. I've only become unhappy with teaching/learning styles with the school due to the pandemic. Quite a few teachers were not able to adapt quickly enough nor were they able to be flexible enough to roll with the challenges to teach or think outside of the box to reach students. Outside of this, I have been very pleased and would recommendParent Review3y ago - Greenville Middle Academy

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love GMA! Activities are very fun, and teachers are very engaging with their students. Location is useful due to being right next to East North Elementary, and the car line is fast enough. Office ladies are super sweet and so are other staff members. Cafeteria food is actually not disgusting and eating time is fine. They have advanced courses for each grade such as 6/7 math, 7/8 math, algebra 1, geometry, french 1, french 2, and more. 7th graders are allowed to take a high school credit course; French 1. There are minor requirements, but it works out for many students. They have a great music program with Strings, Band, Beginning band for 6 and 7 graders, and a chorus. They also have many sports available, like soccer, volleyball, softball, etc. Usually students go from GMA to Eastside High School, but circumstances may vary. Love Gma!Student Review2y ago - Check out schools near 38 N Garden Cir.

"safe place to live, walkable to local school and churches.clean place, well maintained and close to downtown "
- Ivette Lopez

"It is important for dog owners to be responsible and pick up their dog's poop. Unfortunately, in some neighborhoods, owners do not abide by this rule, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Additionally, some dogs are left free to roam around, which can be dangerous for both the dogs and other animals in the area. There have been reports of dogs attacking and killing cats, including strays and even pets on their own property. It is crucial for dog owners to keep their pets under control and ensure the safety of other animals in the neighborhood."
