SOUTHERN LIVING AT ITS FINEST! This charming, historic downtown Greenville home was built in 1911, and has been featured twice in Southern Living Magazine when it was apportioned as a charming Bed & Breakfast. It was the former residence of J.L. Mann, an early superintendent of Greenville County schools, and the namesake of J.L. Mann High School. The home is bright and airy, with classical proportions. Features a stately yard with established trees. All major systems have undergone a full modernization and renovation. This home is truly a "New" Old Home. Features include: 1. A grand entrance off the covered, wide front porch beckoning you inside past the leaded glass entry doors. But don’t rush – enjoy a glass of sweet tea on the porch with friends and family, while you listen to the joyful sounds at nearby McPherson Park; a perfect place to walk with your favorite 2 or 4 legged friends and family! 2. A full-sized home office, complete with built-in shelving and perfectly sized for today’s work-from-home requirements. 3. A Radio Room, hearkening back to days past when loved ones would gather around the family radio for the evening stories. A perfect room suitable for a relaxing book and a nightcap. 4. Six handsome en suite bedrooms, including a luxurious owners quarters on the main level. 5. A covered back porch, leading to a separate 2-car garage, which also features a separate-access detached guest house, suitable for renting or as a mother-in-law suite. This picturesque find is within walking distance to famous Main Street in Downtown Greenville; or, if you prefer to enjoy a quiet ride, just pick up the free trolley that passes by the front of the home. Just minutes from over 90 restaurants, shopping, and all that Greenville has to offer including: 1. Liberty Bridge at Falls Park, a unique pedestrian-only bridge spanning the Reedy River, overlooking the local waterfall and gardens. 2. The Peace Center, a local concert-style venue featuring blues, jazz, pop, bluegrass, and other musical genres as well as your favorite works of theater. 3. Festivals like world-famous Fall for Greenville, Artisphere, Shakespeare in the Park, and many other Southern specialties. Greenville is located 1.5 hours from Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, 2 hours from Charlotte, 2.5 hours from Atlanta, and 3.5 hours from SC beaches. Exhale. Relax. Enjoy the best of Southern hospitality. www.221eastparkave.com

"It is important for dog owners to be responsible and pick up their dog's poop. Unfortunately, in some neighborhoods, owners do not abide by this rule, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Additionally, some dogs are left free to roam around, which can be dangerous for both the dogs and other animals in the area. There have been reports of dogs attacking and killing cats, including strays and even pets on their own property. It is crucial for dog owners to keep their pets under control and ensure the safety of other animals in the neighborhood."
