This will go towards a monthly cleaning of the property.

Pet fees are based upon the paw score. The paw score is created once information about your pet has been put into the system.

APPLICATION FEE
$50 per person. This is the cost that we are charged to run a background check. Each adult 18 and older must submit an application and pay an application fee.

Cleaning Fee
A nonrefundable cleaning fee will be collected at the beginning of this lease. This cleaning fee is for a final deep clean. The unit will have a monthly clean which is included in your lease. The final clean fee is $450 which includes a carpet cleaning of the property.

LAWN MAINTENANCE: No lawn maintenance is required

UTILITIES INCLUDED
Utilities are included in the monthly rent. Any excessive utility usage over $250/month may be billed in addition to rental amount.

PET SCREENING FEE
Only needs to be completed once applicant is accepted to rent Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets, and service/companion animal registration is free. What's great about this pet screening site is that it will hold all of your pet documents in one place! It's an easy way to keep up with your pets medical care.

Monthly Pet Fee
Pending the PAW score, each pet will incur a monthly pet fee. Noise and breed restrictions do apply to this property.

NONREFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE / SECURITY DEPOSIT
EntreRealty requires a Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, which is equal to the monthly rent amount, at the time of lease signing. Once the tenant takes possession of the property, $150 of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Lease Administration Fee and the remaining balance of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Security Deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
