N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child started K-4 special education this year. We are very happy with how all the teachers know the names of all the kids. The teachers greet the students at the door when they get off the bus or when the parents walk them up. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Always kept informed about how our child did in class every day. Highly recommend.Other Review10mo ago - Westview Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved from out of state and my ninth grade daughter was doing well especially during the pandemic and online learning. Within two months of online learning, she was called a racial slur. I immediately contacted the chain of command via email and then called and talked w/one of the asst principles for her grade. I was assured that this type of behavior was not tolerated. Needless to say, the situation was immediately addressed as the student was not online in class for several days. I was glad that a situation like this was not taken lightly and after overcoming this hurdle, my daughter has continued to excel in all classes. During the pandemic, homework is rarely given and in some classes, watching videos has become mundane. The teachers are pretty responsive considering the circumstances of teaching to online and traditional students at the same time. If we stay in this school district, we shall see how tenth grade goes.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 156 Winding Rock Rd.

"There are a few neighborhoods I'd live in within goose Creek, but for kids, the schools are the best in Crowfield/Pineview/Ryan's Creek/Camelot neighborhoods. The prices to buy and rent reflect that though. Crowfield is a fantastic area to raise kids, with trails, parks, pools, sidewalks, and fishing, golf course, well maintained properties, and a wide range of types and prices, it's the best of goose Creek. The traffic in GC is getting pretty bad though, but it's because of the increased convenience all the new restaurants, stores, medical and business offices. "

"Not much. Crowfield is highly over rated. People aren’t really friendly and cats are allowed to run free throughout unleashed using everyone’s yard for their bathroom. There are many ferrel cats. "

"Crowfield plantation is a wonderful place to live. there are parks, pools, a lake to fish, and an awesome golf course. There are schools so close that kids can ride their bikes to get exercise."

"Probably that apparently allowed to roam free, even ferrel cats. Leash law is not enforced for cats, nor is number of cats one household can have. They can roam free and use anyone’s yard as their bathroom."

"Forth of July fireworks, Taste of Goose Creek, Crowfieldfest, Car Shows at Sonic, Stratford High School football games"
- Mahkiyyah S.

"People walk their dogs all the time and everyone is pretty friendly with their dogs. They even have a dog park for the dogs to run around and play off their leashes. They have multiple areas for the dogs to do their duty and clean up stations with bags always available. If an individual doesn’t clean up after their dog then they do DNA testing on the droppings and charge the owner, so the areas stay clean."
