Of that, the latest budget shows approximately $566 is for flood insurance, $2880 is for other insurance, $1065 is for landscaping and common area lights and maintenance, $225 is the annual termite bond, $400 goes into reserves for any future expenses (like parking space paving), and the rest is for management and tax preparation. Please verify with your insurance agent, but preliminary flood maps appear to show flood zone changing from AE13 to AE10, which should mean lower flood insurance costs in future. The budget, financial statements, covenants and restrictions and by-laws can be provided upon request. City ordinances restrict rentals to 30 days or more in all residential areas. Please pardon condition of street. The city has been doing utility work under street and the street is supposed to be repaved soon, per city councilman we contacted.
